Sometimes when you buy a particularly delicious dessert, it is worth seeking out just the right spot to stop and enjoy it. The lovely Alison bought this luscious coconut bavarois from Cocoa Black in Peebles, then travelled to Innerleithen where she enjoyed her treat near beautiful Cuddy Bridge (built 1701). Thank you Alison for reminding me of all the desserts I could be eating if I were still in Scotland. Time to find some Canadian cakes to make myself feel better.
